Returns & Exchanges

At Coco’s Glow Glam, we want you to love every piece of jewellery you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our 7-day return and exchange policy, provided the item was not purchased on sale.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • The original packaging, including the branded box and pouch, must be returned.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery via email and include your order number.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items, custom jewellery, or items where proceeds are donated
  • Items that have been worn, damaged through customer use, or returned without packaging

Return Shipping & Fees:

  • Return shipping fees for undamaged items are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund — even if you received free shipping.
  • If you’d like an exchange, a R70 reshipping fee will apply for the new item.
  • All original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Jewellery Quality & Damage:

We thoroughly inspect all jewellery for defects, damage, or discoloration before dispatch. However, please note:

  • Jewellery is delicate by nature.
  • Minor flaws may occur and could be easily fixable — assess the issue carefully before contacting us.

Order Cancellations:

To cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible to info@cocosglow.co.za.

Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel and issue a full refund.
