We have a standard nationwide shipping fee of R70 or free on all orders over R600 – except during SALE period.
Coco’s Glow Glam will do everything we can on our side to ensure you receive your purchase quickly and in great condition.
Delivery time is dependent on your delivery address. Main city centres takes 2-3 days, while outlying areas can take up to 7 days.
We use Van Express for local (Cape Town) deliveries and Courier Guy for outside of Cape Town.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Please note this service only works on business days. If the order is made on the weekend or a public holiday, the order will be sent out on the next working day. If an item is out of stock at the time of order we will notify you about this and arrange a refund.
EFT / bank deposit orders will only be shipped out once your payment reflects in our account.
